This text constitutes the Legal Notice of the web portal located at the URL www.befesa.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Portal’).
Befesa Medio Ambiente S.L.U. is the owner of the portal whose registered office is located at Carretera Bilbao-Plencia 21, 48950, Erandio, Vizcaya, with Tax Identification Code B- 95335634 and registered in the Commercial Register of Vizcaya, Volume 4479, Folio 1, Page BI- 40822 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Befesa’).
This Legal Notice establishes the terms that regulate access, browsing and use of the Portal that Befesa makes available to users (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’), without prejudice to the fact that Befesa reserves the right to modify its presentation, configuration and content, as well as the conditions required for access and/or use. Access and/or use of the Portal after its modifications or changes are enforced implies acceptance of them.
Use of the Portal attributes the status of User and access to the Portal supposes that the User accepts all the conditions included in the present Legal Notice.

Conditions of using the portal
Access and navigation of the Befesa Portal is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the internet service provider contracted by the Users.

Befesa is the owner, or has obtained a licence for, the exploitation rights of intellectual, industrial and image property, as well as the contents available through the Portal.

Befesa is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of the Users during the service provision of the Portal, nor for any damage caused.
Befesa declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its capacity and the state of the art, to guarantee proper functioning of the Portal and to reduce system errors to a minimum, both from a technical point of view and from that of the contents published on the Portal. Befesa may unilaterally modify this Legal Notice and the conditions, when it considers it appropriate or with the goal of adapting it to technological or legislative changes.
Befesa may terminate, modify or suspend at any time, without prior notice, access to the contents of the website, and without the possibility of the User demanding any compensation.

Communications by Befesa with the User will be made in accordance with the contact data provided by the User. The User agrees to the use of email as a valid procedure for exchange of information and for communication with Befesa.
This Legal Notice and the relationship between Befesa and the User shall be governed and resolved in accordance with Spanish law.
