Please read this informative clause carefully and accept the conditions stated. If you do not receive confirmation of your acceptance, we inform you that your request cannot be answered.

On behalf of BEFESA we inform you that we will treat the data that you have provided us to include you in a possible process of personnel selection and to carry out the evaluation of your curricular competences. The data we have collected and treated are those necessary to identify you in our systems and those related to your curricular, labour and competency profile information.

We also inform you that your CV can be transferred to other companies of the BEFESA Group if your profile is compatible with another job available.

The data provided will be stored for a period of one year, whether your application has been included in a selection process or not. Once this time is exceeded or before in case you request the suppression or revocation of the consent granted to participate in a selection process, the identifying data, as well as the curricular data and any other information you have given us, will be suppressed for the purposes previously described.

In case of any change in your data, please inform us in order to keep your data properly updated.

People have the right to obtain confirmation about whether BEFESA is processing personal data that concerns them or not.

Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may object to the processing of their data or the transfer of their curriculum to companies of the BEFESA Group that can be found at https://www.befesa.com/miscellaneous/contact/

You can exercise your rights sending an email to dataprotection@befesa.com, providing your full identity. In any case, you can contact the competent Data Protection Agency if you do not agree with the care received regarding your rights.

The treatment of this personal information is based on your consent, and if you do not accept it, we cannot include you in the selection process to the job.
